Obito was unable to go blind, and he didn't have an "Artificial EMS."

The only thing we know about EMS powers anyway is that it amps the MS and let Sasuke use basic Amaterasu from both eyes.

Konoha doesn't seem to be lacking in hashirama cells so if a blindness "cure" is gotten from it, all well and good

Are you sure about the "to the fullest" part? A dictionary gives two other possible translations of the same phrase

Although how can you say Boruto ain't zesty when he glazed Sasuke to the point that he became him. I wouldn't be surprised if Boruto married Sakura and adopted Sarada next.

Edit: Boruto wanted his Dad's attention so bad, he became the person who had the most attention from Naruto.
 
Dude was truly committed to the charade. Even after Kabuto clearly knew he wasn't the real deal, he still maintains that he is the one whom stole the cells during "their battle"
