One thing tho. Wouldn't Hags and the others that scale above be 2A at the very least?. Would it be too much of a stretch for 1C?

it is said that they are dimensions, but not dimensions in themselves, parallel universes, remember that the Japanese always change the concept of universe or dimension and do not specify what it is specifically
