Shouldn’t Kaguya, Jigen/Isshiki, Urashiki, Kinshiki, Momoshiki, Boruto and Kawaki should get resistance to emphatic manip by virtue point of being Otsutsuki?

If you are referring to ada that is a weakness her ability has, not an otsutsuki resistence
