Ay is superior to KN0 Naruto, who soundly defeated Haku. As a result, Ay would also defeat Haku. Not to mention, Haku just lacks the AP to harm Ay, even with his Senbon, and his Ice Mirrors lack the durability to withstand Ay's AP as well. So while I don't believe that Ay is LS, he just simply beats Haku. There's no way around that.

The reason you guys are having problems here is that you're thinking of a lot of these forms as Super Saiyan-esque linear multipliers, when that's not what they are at all.

KCM / Bijuu forms cannot be a multiplier as it's just a combination of the Bijuu and Jinchuuriki's power.
Could Sage Mode be a multiplier? Since it's about balancing your own Chakra with nature energy, the amount of nature energy you take would scale linearly to the amount of Chakra you have. Could that be a multiplier? Idk.

Six Paths Sage Mode is just (from what I remember) a better Sage Mode, which is in turn just the process of adding Nature Energy to your regular Chakra mix. So even if you wank it and hang yourself upside down letting all blood flow into your brain, you could only really get a Full AP+1/2 AP increase, which imo is not reliable.
From what I remember it just increases the quality of your existing Chakra anyway so it's probably just unquantifiable. There's also no proof that it acts as a multiplier.
