Knowing this series, I don't think it'll care about the scaling. Base Naruto could probably still take him on (minus the hax). I'm also sure if Boruto's rasengan can hurt fused Momoshiki, then Boruto could fight the kid too, who knows.

Just a minor question about this, Cross Dimensional Interaction (Capable of interacting with Madara Uchiha's limbo clones), Wouldn't this better replace it to NPI?

first there is no such ability has cross dimensional interaction, and it will stull be NPI as they are interacting with something not physically present
