I'll make an uneducated guess and say Koji has fragments of Jiraya's memories. And even though Jiraiya didn't know how to use FTG, he probably explained the mechanics of it in a rudimentary way to Boruto, good enough for Boruto to teach it to himself.

Maybe Sasuke helped in the explanation as well since he did see it in action with his Sharingan from two different users?
 
Because Koji was on a stricter time restraint against Sasuke and against Koji.

He could afford to play around with Koji, but with Sasuke (and Naruto) he had only a few minutes left. There's also the fact that Isshiki literally no sold pretty much all of Koji's attacks incredibly casually, whereas with Sasuke, he was getting irritated from his Rinnegan teleportation, so he definitely took Sasuke more seriously than Koji.

This was an awesome chapter! I’m assuming the Flashback of how they got to this point is going to be through Eida’s power when she tells them Sasuke is in a tree and what happened in Code’s Dimension.

Really want to see Momoshiki’s insights to this entire ordeal as well.

I actually got the time wrong, he had a few days left. But that doesn't change his sense of urgency nor annoyance at Sasuke's abilities.

Also looking back, Koji actually got two-shot. Sasuke took a couple hits before going down, if it wasn't for Naruto and Boruto, he would've shared the same fate.

Regardless, Sasuke OBVIOUSLY did better in terms of survivability, than Koji. Koji's attacks literally did nothing and he wasn't able to avoid any of Isshiki's own. Although Sasuke wasn't able to tag Isshiki, he was able to avoid few of his attacks due to "that damn Rinnegan".

In no world did 'Koji do better than Sasuke against Isshiki".

They’ll probably say something like, Boruto was actually studying it for a while in the Village, but never had the Chakra Levels to use the Jutsu, but now that his body is changed and he has more power, he can use the jutsu. 🤷‍♂️

The fact that Moegi is likely to be the girl one, it’s likely their power will Fluctuate big time considering Team 10 is likely going to fight her.

I think Gaara as well will be one to get bitten, just to bring Shinki and co into the mix. Possibly Konohamaru as well.

This is getting really headcanony now, but like… it makes sense?

  1. Team 10 v Moegi Shinju
  2. Code v Bug Shinju
  3. Team Shinki v Gaara Shinju (Perhaps)
  4. Team 7 vs Sasuke Shinju
  5. Daemon v Leader Shinju (Perhaps)
Idk how well this will go over, but it looks like Kishimoto is about to have some of the Villains face characters that have no business scaling to them.
