Why wouldn't apply to the god tiers?

On second thought the panel says the damage to chakra flow leads to organ failure. I wouldn't say that's the same as saying the organs take direct damage from the hits (add to that the fact that it is stated to be a gradual process). Only thing you can scale is the chakra network not the organs themselves I think. And iirc Uzuhiko doesn't exactly target the chakra flow does it?

I think that you're forgetting that it's still Boruto's Rasengan, and has a Nature Change applied to it, which we know increases the damage done with it.
So it was literally a regular Cho Oodama Rasengan vs Lightning Release Cho Oodama Rasengan

Sure the chakra nature addition was probably a big help, but I don't think Base Naruto with a Rasenshuriken is gonna obliterate Fused Momo considering he tanked the explosion of his Lava Golem with no visible injury, and that's also a Rasengan with a change in chakra nature.

What was said is there is no way to train your internal organs. They are all still strengthened and protected by your chakra still so normal attacks that attack organs still have to go through your protection. But gentle fist cuts all the chakra flow so like your organs are bare open

Sure, but we have to consider that:
a) Momoshiki's Rasengan was made while Boruto was already attacking him, so there'd be a shorter start time for it
b) It's a regular Rasengan vs Lightning Release Rasengan
c) Momoshiki's Rinnegan was stabbed out, and iirc we do accept that dojutsu boost power.

Now, I'm not saying that Base Naruto should scale to this, and I do acknowledge how weird it looks, but it could just be a case like in The Last where Naruto also focused Kurama's Chakra into the Rasengan without getting a cloak.
There's also the scene where Buff Momoshiki just mollywhopps Sasuke away, and iirc Sasuke wasn't like, that much affected by Momoshiki other than just getting hit by Shadow Paralysis at that time.

I mean, the site (as of right now) has anime and manga profiles fused, and the anime is the most recent adaptation, and iirc there was some statement from Momoshiki about the fight or whatever. Even if I'm having imaginary deja vu, the other points stand. Unless we separate manga and anime (which imo would be wise), the anime would take some level of priority over the manga which came out a bit after the movie.

Sure, but the giant Rasengan (in the anime) also has a yellow glow to it. In the anime, Boruto's Jougan also activates, so there's that too.
