This is newer lore, directly from a person who studied the Otsutsuki and even stole from them, and who was directly taught this information by Isshiki.Which is contradicted by Kaguya’s lore as i said.
Kaguya's vague lore from the manga can't contradict anything because it was spoken from Hagoromo's perspective.

What Amado said reinstated what happened with Kaguya. It doesn’t change anything except for the fact that Kaguya came to Earth with Isshiki, and betrayed him and ate the CF. Amado contradicted himself.

Eh it’s not that bad. Idk how you’d catch an attack like that from someone who scales above you, they even held that position briefly and boruto looked unfazed
We’ve used blocking an attack to justify scaling before though yeah if we used this feat alone it wouldn’t be the strongest justification I’ll admit. But the implications are there too I think

When we look at the Naruto manga, and how the Chakra fruit looks in it, and then the Boruto manga, they look different.
And again, Kaguya didn't sacrifice an Otsutsuki to the tree, I highly doubt Isshiki's legs would be able to provide proper nutrition, but we do know that the quality of what it's fed can affect how it turns out. And given the fact that the Earth still has life on it.

A design change means literally nothing. The Shinju was ALREADY grown before Hagoronmo's birth and existed during his life (Thus the "Shinju" Turning BACK into the Tentails and fighting them). It was common knowledge to Hagoromo (And by extension Black Zetsu who wrote everything Madara knew) that Kaguya ate the first Chhakra Fruit.
So no, nothing Amado said disproves literal HISTORY of the verse. The only addition was the Isshiki bits. The FACT that life still exists AND every instance of a dead planet had MULTIPLE Shinju contradicts Amado's statements. Your only and best avenue to argue this is making the assumption Kaguya fed half of Isshiki to the Tentails, which is WHY it didn't consume the "entire" planet yet still bore a fruit. She would've "half-assed" it.

Again, this is after Isshiki got betrayed. So it's likely after Isshiki's legs were sacrificed.
Not denying that she ate it, I'm arguing that it most likely wasn't a properly made one
We have 0 context for a scene that is anime only, we also see random planets extremely close to the planet they're on, which already is odd.

Planets must have more than just chakra of the living things succ'd because all planets shown no longer have even greenery. They are all barren, and lack atmosphere from what we've seen.
Shinju tree must be absorbing not only the chakra from the inhabitants and its DNA, but also other forms of energy. And planets must also have chakra themselves as well.
There must be a reason to why the ten tails having so much chakra is compared to that of the chakra on a PLANET
