Alright, I'm going to apply the changes for Hina, Shika and Sai. I'm adding sustenance type 1 for them.

I kinda wish shippuden made the first gate more accessible, I feel like elite jonin level+ characters should have definitely had the physcal capability to achieve it sense they should physcally scale over a "genin" lee. It's a pretty decent amp that could've made more characters relevant like a bankai or hollow mask esque thing

It's not a "common" technique. Most people didn't know about the technique, and Kakashi considered Lee a "genius" for even learning it.
Plus, it causes great strain on the body, and it's probably just not very practical unless you're a Taijutsu specialist like Guy and Lee.

Ik most people dident have knowledge of it hence why I said accessible
I just feel like if it's a matter of meeting a durability or stamina requirement a lot more people could have met the criteria especially those with regeneration. We did see some gate users alongside Lee in the last ifirc and only like 2 or 3 years had past sense the war ended to then so it shouldent be thaaaaat difficult to learn unless Lee had them on some whey protein powder topped with crack

Lee and Guy went through insanely grueling physical training, even by Shinobi standards, in order to learn it. It's probably not worth it to learn for most Ninja, as opposed to Ninjutsu, which is easier to learn and far more versatile.

Now that i think about it Are the gates classified as a justu/Taijutsu move? If so hiruzen might potentially know it
It's Taijutsu. Lee doesn't know Ninjutsu, remember?
As for Hiruzen, I don't remember if his statement specified Ninjutsu, or just all techniques in general. It'd depend on that distinction ig.

Still wondering why the clans with hidden techniques would allow Hiruzen to master their hidden arts.
