The seal literally only gives Naruto half the ability to seal away Kaguya

Dosesn't Sasuke's moon seal also return to Hagoromo? where in the seal there is 50% of Hagoromo's chakra. So they both lost 50% of Hagoromo's chakra so the same reduction

There is zero indication in the Manga that they lose Hagoromo's power. Only the sealing capabilities.

It seems you're under the impression that the 50% chakra were stored in the seals, wich is not true, the 50% merged with the powers they already had, Hagoromo just gave them the the seal to seal Kaguya, that's it.

1. As I said...the seal literally only gives him half the ability to seal away Kaguya...literally nothing else. Like even Boruto Era content still states several times they still have Hagoromo's chakra...novels especially

Whatever Hagoromo's chakra is it will be added into their base forms, not a specific transformation. So it won't be apparent if they lose it or not.
Also, whether Naruto and Sasuke still has Hagoromo's chakra or not doesn't affect scaling in the slightest since Momoshiki is supposed to be around Kaguya's level and Naruto fought him in base.

It also contains Hagoromo's chakra, because when Sasuke used the chakra from that seal to create Chidori, it immediately turned black. And when Kaguya stares at them with her Byakugan, it was also different color as when Ao looked into Danzo's eyes he said it was the color of Shisui's chakra. So the color that Kaguya saw with the Byakugan was the color of Hagoromo's Yin and Yang chakra

No, Sasuke's Chidori didn't turn black before using the chakra that was in his seal. So sasuke's base form doesn't have Hagoromo's chakra because his chidori doesn't turn black. It turns black when using the chakra contained in the seal, so Hagoromo's chakra is inside the seal. Chidori turned black when mixed with Senjutsu, and the chakra that Hagoromo gave them was Sixpath Senjutsu chakra

I'm not arguing about SPSM. But about 50% of Hagoromo's chakra that is stored in the seal. And i provided the proof it is stored in the seal in my comment above
