The main world is called the universe, if I'm not mistaken in one of the novels saturn is mentioned, so there's no reason why cosmology shouldn't be at least universal since the world of Naruto is based on our universe.

I don't think this really matters. Inverse, unless the author really wants to kill someone off no character is really dying to a kick or punch from a stronger character even if they are a random citizen.

Sure, but you're setting up a false premise here to try and strawman my argument again (likely not on purpose, I may have not explained it well). This isn't about a verse with planet busting feats and solar system statements vs one with mountain busting feats and solar system statements, though as you said that the former would be more believable even in this case. However, this is about planet busting with solar system statements vs mountain busting with NO solar system statements. None. Nada. Null. So yeah, I'm sorry for being vehemently against a premise for which not a single clear statement exists within (or without) the verse (and yes, I'm fine with reliable, consistent statement, as I affimed Sparkle earlier).

Someone capable of busting a planet by literally putting their hand on it is FAR likelier to be 4-B than someone who can't or hasn't done that. It's not about "the difference" between 5-B and 4-B, it's about how a character is able to express their power and your perception thereof. Like come on, do you really not get it? You don't think a guy who can smash bricks with his bare fists would be far likelier to be capable of doing that to a wall compared to someone who can't/hasn't done that?

The point still stands. If you can make a planet explode like confetti chances are you could probably obliterate a star too, especially if you've a statement outright asserting that.

No, I didn't create it first of all. It's a standard that has existed for as long as powerscaling itself. Heck, screw powerscaling, people in real life use this standard (subconsciously or consciously) to judge how strong a person is all the time! It's one of the core tenets of not just powerscaling but how we evaluate or judge someone's strength.

Neither would I. For me for to believe that they'd AT LEAST need to destroy a solar system, or possibly multiple. So without 4-B/4-A feats, I won't believe it. Yeah because many cosmologies/universes are/can be argued to be Low 1-C. I actually can't believe you failed to understand that point. I was trying to show you how cosmology nuking is perhaps the bare minimum you need from a character before you can reliably put them at Low 1-C, that was the point and yet, disappointingly, you've missed it.... Or, again, maybe I didn't do a great job of explaining it, so there's the explanation. Man y such characters even exist on the Wiki.

Yeah because it is hard to believe. Someone with no cosmic-tier feats can't just be argued at that level especially when there's no statements outright stating that either. Goes all the way back to your original point. This isn't mountain level feats with solar system statements. It's mountain level feats with planetary statements at best.

That was NOT the point but I hope and expect that my explanation above suffices so I won't dwell on this again, if not then I don't know what to tell you, because the difference between a Low 2-C and a Low 1-C character can be as "small" as a couple of random statements about their respective cosmologies that indicates a greater structure to the universe, which then allows it to be Low 1-C, for an otherwise near-identical feat. In fact this is how many verses go from Tier 2 to Tier 1, that alone should be proof enough for you.

It isn't terrible, as I said before. Big booms is basically what powerscaling started out as and, on the contrary, the concept hasn't gone away, it has evolved to become one of its core tenets. Powerscaling really is about big booms at the end of the day.

to be fair the monkey transformations do list a multiplier in the manga it's the SSJ ones that are derived from elsewhere yeah

the writers prolly forgot about the SSJ ones seeing how broly keeps up with base goku as well as his later forms even tho goku is supposedly beyond 50 times stronger and faster
