Granted, you could argue that Cadell has resistance to EE via surviving destruction for a bit, but it becomes a complete stomp in Cadell's favour, plus it's not on his profile

Cadell is basically intangible to everything Obito can do, mages absorb and utilize natural mana which will be equal to nature energy so the TSO's are useless, AP doesn't matter as soulfire would just burn everything away and eventually burn through Obito's life force as well.

I don't really see what Obito can do here

I feel TBATE's fear hax would be very popular in VS matches. So I'll give a brief explanation for posterity sake.
White core mages have 2 types of fear hax. There's the innate version that follows their existence and there's the focused version.
The innate version is passive. It's like breathing to them. They have to actively NOT exude crippling fear hax. Using seris herself as an example. Arthur's POV from his first encounter with seris

After confronting two retainers and even defeating one, I’d thought I’d be prepared to face a Scythe. Even with the suspicion that the dwarves were betraying Dicathen, I was confident we would be able to win this war. But when that dark, horned figure stepped out of that gate, I was shaken right down to my mana core. Being here, barely standing on my own two feet, I felt like a gnat staring at an oncoming hurricane. I felt despair. The mysterious figure cast a suffocating pressure throughout the cavern as it stepped out of the gate. Even Sylvie, who had been so eager to leave, was frozen stiff as she helplessly peered down at the sight below.
This oppressive aura had come from a girl that looked no older in appearance than Tessia. She possessed elegant features—dark eyes and a thin frame underneath a fur-trimmed robe of midnight black—yet even amongst a crowd of dwarves, she appeared small and petite. It was her horns, most of all, that set her apart, however.

Aside from her remarkable physical appearance, what struck me most strongly was her aura—or rather, her lack of an aura.
It wasn’t like when I had learned to hide my presence. Rather, the Scythe’s aura seemed to be there, but controlled—contained like a devastating bomb ready to explode. The only time I had felt this was when I’d met Lord Indrath. Sylvie’s grandfather—the current leader of the asuras—had the same suffocating presence; it made everyone wary of when he might explode.

This version of fear hax usually has a very wide range. Scythes/Wraiths can cover kilometres with their aura

Then there's the focused fear hax. This is the one dubbed as "Mana Crush". Like the name, it is usually focused on a specific target(s). More powerful than the innate version with the added benefit of inducing weight (LS) on the target. The only downside is the much smaller range

In my time as a silver and then white core mage, I had grown used to restraining my full power, as the aura of a white core mage could be crippling to those around them. Now, though, I needed this Steffan to understand his situation, to really believe what I was telling him, so I let go my restraint.
The thick roots and branches making up the tent cracked and snapped under the full weight of a white core mage letting loose. The ground splintered as rubble shook below our feet.
As for Steffan, he was having a hard time breathing, even with the meager amounts of mana cycling throughout his body. His bloodshot eyes bulged and his mouth gaped like a fish out of water, and an acrid stench drifted up from the wet spot between his legs. I withdrew my mana.

Itachi can speed blitz with sunshine or just genjutsu her though. Plus his leagues above her in terms of intelligence and has perceptions & sensing superiority here with stealth mastery and complete erasure of his chakra sooo sneak attacks are possible here

But her intel section is lacking so no reason to extend this beyond necessary

Itachi can erase his chakra signature, plus his stealth mystery allows him to hide from shinobi’s sixth sense as well as from this. He also caught sage mode kabuto and EMS sasuke off guard despite their sensory prowess

So his able to erase his chakra signature and stack his stealth mystery on-top of that, which would make him very hard for her to sense

with his eyes, sure

1. He has a sixth sense that allows him to sense peps in his surroundings

2. can send out his chakra to find out all the peps and abilities they are using around him

3. All the sharingan stuff

4. Sense bloodlust, hostile intentions and chakra auras
