I mean it's pretty much in the same boat as any editor note. It's written by someone that works closely with the author on the manga and is part of an official release of it, so I'd call it pretty strong secondary canon (and I don't imagine the editor just writes that without consulting Kishimoto). Also this statement (構成員全員が高い戦闘能力を誇る“暁”。人柱力でさえその手にかかり、次々と陥落していく･･･。) about combat ability next to an image of Kakuzu highkey implies Kakuzu>Yuugito

Ig that trails into a related interesting conversation. What are people's thoughts on edo Jin's vs their alive counterparts? Do y'all think there's a wide gap, a gap at all, etc? (lmao going somewhat full circle back to sparkle's question a day or so ago)

Would the Chakra and Chakra Control Obito has funneling into the Edo Jins make up for the debuff from Edo Tensei (Talking about just the Jins without their Juus power ups/transformation)?

Depends on the tailed beast. 8-10 would be "world level" likely give or take 8 tails, but anything below that be "mountain level"

Kurama>>>All the Bijuu ( cause regardless, he's just built different )

War Arc Bee/Gyuki>=Edo Jinchuriki/Bijuu>>>Pain Arc Bee/Gyuki>Gyuki ( I have War Arc Bee above his Pain Arc self and the Edo Bijuu have better feats which is further backed by the dojutsu amping them statement )>>>Bijuu 1-7

The Edo Jinchuriki's movements are different than their Alive counterparts, and their abilities have risen "further" separately from the Sharingan's enhanced vision and Rinnegan shared vision

Kinda crazy how I almost 100% agree with this. Only thing I'd really say is that idt Lone 50% Kurama would be >>>WA Bijuu, but idk if you were including him

I was referring to Full Kurama tbf

I DO think Yang Kurama is above any of the War Arc Bijuu ( individually at least...def not all together ) but honestly not by much

Just enough to where I'd say it's noticeable at least

Scaling is extremely questionable, but I agree that Hashirama probably beats Kaido. It is debatable tho.
 
Personally I’d say Kaido beats Hashirama with high difficulty. Not that I’m tryna debate that here or anything lmao
 
If you lowball both characters Kaido wins, if you midball both characters Hashirama wins, if you highball both characters Kaido wins. I’m more of a midball kinda guy, so I take Hashirama.
