Naruto: Mid-Tiers Upgrade (8-A to Low 7-C)

Kakashi praised Boruto skills in a state far inferior to his current self.

on the other hand Naruto was constantly seen as nothing special until after the Tsunade rescue arc by Kakashi
 
thats not good enough

Chunin exam Naruto could take on biju+gaara compare to this boruto did nothing

not talking base naruto without Kurama's chakra he is not even 8-A
 
Kabuto was kind of tired, and that Rasengan was stronger than himself since that is why he has higher with Rasengan on his profile.
 
I doubt he was that tired. but the rasengan is obviusly stronger then himself (enough so that men it should be mentioned )
 
Cool. I've been waiting for someone to notice Kakashi vs Gian since forever.

I seem to remember Shikamaru avoiding it, but it might be anime only.
 
They're likely scaling, too.

Makes 7-C Giant Choji not that much of an outlier, in hindsight, although Jirobo tanking him is pretty outlierish.
 
I was just thinking that if Kakuzu for example becomes 7-C scaling considerably above Choji and to Kitsuchi, and someone like Gai scales for being much stronger than Choji, Kakashi would scale for fighting against Kakuzu and being comparable to Gai.

Then Kabuto would scale to Kakashi. Sai scales to Kabuto, so he'd be 7-C. Sakura scales for being physically above Kakashi and destroying Sai's ink snakes, she'd be 7-C as well. Then Sasuke scales above Team 7. Naruto scales to Sasuke and Sai (?), so he'd be 7-C too.
 
Everyone would scale to everyone. Anyway don't we have mid and high ends to some calcs? If so we can just use the mid or high end if things seem weird.
