Alright! some of the characters here have already been applied to we just gotta apply the rest/discuss on some of them then we r done. There needs to be a discussion on BoS Part II Base Naruto since IMO he's stronger then the Part I characters or that he's comparabke to his teammates. Some people agree on this & others don't do we gotta reach something here

I have changed everyone from my list besides:
Sasuke/Sakura as their profiles are locked
Kabuto as i am not sure if we should remove one of his key as they would have the same rating.
Also i remembered that Obito should easily be at least 7-C(As a kid) as he obliterated a lot of Anbu.

no we cant lmao i forgot he got stronger regen after he absorbed orochimaru so we should keep them apart since hebi sasuke absorbed Oro while the other had not yet
