Telepathy?

Cause of what i wasnt on VSBW a lot recently so i have yet to catch up with Naruto discussinons

The strong ninja should all have Telepathy. Sasuke said high level ninja can read each other's hearts when they clash.

Bee did it with Naruto too.

I would assume anyone Kage level or higher would get it?

I guess telepathy is fine,but we should note that it is useless in battle and most situations.
