Izanami and Izanagi didn't retconned.
Without Senju blood, only MS users able to Izanagi and Izanami but if person have Senju blood they can use with normal Sharingan.
Edit: I remember that from Anime but i check the manga and this is not correct. Their is a user shown quite clearly with 3T but i don't know that person has MS, so it's my headcanon right now.

For starters, you all need to pay more attention to what's being said and in what context. Momoshiki was Ignorant about Kaguya and Naruto's world until Urashiki said something. And this is the guy who is implied to be reporting back to the main clan regularly.
It's seriously disgenuine to judge Kaguya by Momoshiki's statement when the dude didn't know shit about her or the world post Kaguya intially coming.
Ontop of that can we please stop the blatant wanking of Naruto and Sasuke? Sasuke and Naruto are not much stronger than they were at 17, if they're stronger at all. They could still be just as strong. There is factually no proof of them being stronger, you all are just going under massive assumptions.
