I've been holding on to this since March, I've been busy, lazy and everything in between.
Anyways here's the blog with all the scaling and the changes.
This is the new calculation.
Massive thanks to @Testarossa002 for the calculation and thanks to @Shadowbokunohero for helping and support with the scaling.
Things to note:
1. Shin Clone outlier. Shin's clones have feats of dodging Naruto's Chakra Arms, which obviously can't be right considering Sarada and Chocho were able to react to him and dodge his attacks in that same fight prior to even reawakening the former's Sharingan. Not only that but Tsunade was hurt by SoL movement and she's way more durable than the Shin clones, so it makes no sense for them to be moving at FTL speeds. Therefore, I'm chalking that interaction with Naruto as an outlier (you could also chalk it to Naruto holding back). They don't have profiles anyway, but I thought I'd just make that known.
2. Boruto and Iwabe >>>. In one of the novels, Sarada states that both nobody can match Boruto in ninja skills except for Iwabe, which is fine. But I chose not to rate them above Sarada's Sharingan, because not only does Sarada actually spar with Boruto base to base, but they can still outclass her in every stat but still be inferior to the Sharingan. Denki also has a statement in the anime saying only Iwabe and Mitsuki can keep up with Boruto by the end of the Saga, which is fine considering he's never actually seen Sarada's Sharingan at this point. Boruto also called Metal and Wasabi the fastest in the class but he hasn't seen her Sharingan either. (Besides her Sharingan only amps her reaction speed anyway). Only a handful of people have (Sasuke, Sakura, Naruto, Chocho, Konohamaru, Shin and Sumire).
That should be all, I still have so much more work to do for the verse
