Kid obito doesnt have intangibility can someone change that as he used it against Kirigakure Anbu multiple times

she has everything Obito has but more, very close in skill, Knowing how to use her Sharingan better, is far more skilled in Shurikenjutsu, versatility via lightning release and fire release. increasing her strength beyond her normal capabilities via her cherry blossom impact.
