I would go with baseline 5-C (or ‘At least 7-A, possibly 5-C,’ because there’s no reason for him to have an Unknown) for now. Although I do plan on making a thread for Low 5-B after the upscaling thread wraps up, and base Naruto could downscale to 5-C+ if that works out.

I just realized something I completely forgot about, the Part II God Tiers are currently FTL due to scaling to New Era SPSM.

Since we’re not directly cross-scaling the Part II and New Era God Tiers anymore, the Part II God Tiers would need to have their speed changed to ‘At least Relativistic, likely FTL,’ due to scaling to Toneri and BSM Naruto.
