Actually, since we're at it, I did make some clean-ups to both Raikage's P&A sections that I never got around to applying for whatever reason, so here they are if ya'll are interested. The only downside is that I never really got around to adding references to them.

Something I wanna run past you, the databook says it raises the speed of his neurotransmitters, and then we also have the statement that the raiton chakra augments his reflexes to the point not even the sharingan can keep up, should this not be bio manip for neurotransmitters enhancement and also limited instinctive action?

I dunno about Instinctive Action, but it should definitely be included in his justification for Statistics Amplification, and limited Bio Manip should work too.
