Introductio

I want to point out some things that were forgoten.

• Sasuke's Chidori need some upgrade
• AP difference between Taijutsu and Ninjutsu
• The 3x multiplier Naruto's cloak gave to everybody (Ninjutsu only)
• Scaling issues

I will adress about the first 3

Sasuke's Chidori
Naruto is currently listed as Town level with Rasengaan because he damaged Kabuto, cool, Ninjutsu AP =/= Taijutsu AP. But Sasuke's Chidori, who constantly matches Naruto's rasengan, isnt Town level. We should change this

Taijutsu and Ninjutsu
We just need to change the AP of all characters, separate Ninjutsu from Taijutsu. Characters like rock Lee and Tsunade can have the same AP value from Ninjutsu to their Taijutsu.

3x multiplier
As stated by Kakashi, his Kamui was increased by 3 times after receiving Naruto's cloak, this is Ninjutsu only. All characters should be Island level scaling from KN6 Naruto's High 7-A feat

I think you will need to elaborate on this point. I don't see the relation between KN6 Naruto having a High 7-A feat, and trying to scale all characters to 6-C.

Okay, because just stating something like "All characters should be Island level" makes me extremely sceptical.

As for the other points, I do think Ninjutsu/Taijutsu needs to be separated out to improve the AP/Striking Strength ratings for characters.

The only problem I see here is when a character harm physically someone who could tank a Ninjutsu

So how will Taijutsu and Ninjutsu work cause every character who uses chakra uses ninjutsu like 98% of the fight

We might have to look at it situationally, because we also have cases where a character performs a physical feat that astonishes other characters but isn't really that impressive.

tsunade and Lee scale cuz they dont use jutsu, but amps. but yes, i agree, taijutsu AP is not the same as ninjutsu AP.

I'm not sure we should count their amped states on their profiles except for scaling purposes; it isn't their own power.

Well then again ninjutsu goes with their durability and Tsunade is considered a very strong kunoichi among Jiraiya and Orochimaru. This is going to a annoying scaling lol

It doesnt matter if it isnt their own power, their stats was changed in a degree to point out in the profile

Not comparable; nobody bestowed Gear 2nd on Luffy.

The chakra cloak is an external temporary power boost given to them by another character. I don't think having keys like this are good:

7-A (Character is this powerful), High 7-A when boosted by Naruto's chakra, etc.
