At minimum it's above average but if sealing jutsu are considered complex, I can see Gifted working.

I mean just conceptually speaking it is a pretty technical art, and most ones we know of are A or S rank (which isn't about power but difficulty of learning)

I’m not saying she couldn’t have done it, but it’s not like she actually did learn it so idk how I feel about adding it to her profile

Unless I’m wrong and she was shown/stated to have done it. I don’t really remember how the chapter went

Her only manga/episodes to her was her childhood, helping Naruto tame kurama, and that’s it according to the original manga. And naming Naruto. Not really much else
