Nanatsu no Taizai - Albion Calc pine height

I was reviewing some NNT calculations and found this one from Albion, where Kachon uses 19 meters for the height of the pine tree. However, the link he uses says this: "some trees range from 3 to 80 meters. On average, they fall between 15 and 45 meters." So why did he use 19 meters? Wouldn't the right thing be to use the arithmetic mean?

Well, regardless, looking at the pine trees we see in the fairy forest, they seem to be from the Pinaceae family, more specifically the Abies alba, which can grow from 40 to 50 meters.

Conclusion: We should use 40 meters for the pine tree instead of 19. If we want to be more conservative, we could use the arithmetic mean of the average pine trees, which would be 30 meters.

Option 1: Use 40 meters for the pine tree

Option 2: Use 30 meters for the pine tree

Option 3: Another pine tree

Speaking of the pixelscaling in that image, if that tiny red line is what is being used as the height of Pine Tree in that image then I'm not confident in it being used. It doesn't look like a clear view from ground level to the top of a tree to me.

We have pine trees on the part of the hill that Albion cut down, would using them for dimensioning be better?

What do you think about the proposed sizes?
