• Speed Is Equalized
• Fight takes place in S-City (Veneficaverse)
• Both start 30 meters away from each other
• Both are trying to incapacitate, BFR, or knock out their opponent, but will kill if absolutely necessary
• SBA for everything else

Restrictions:
Satoshi:

• He can't use the Yata no Kagami but the Totsuka no Tsurugi can be used as a last resort or if he is about to die.​
• He can only use the Ruyi Jingu Bang as a form of attack (via durability negation) but he cannot use it to become the opponent or escape via turning into smoke.​
• He can't summon the Lords of Darkness but he has their abilities (to the mountain level range preset)
• He can use Limbo but he can't spam it more than 3 times (Limbo projects an invisible version of themselves into the unseeable world known as Rinbo (輪墓, Wheel Grave) where it disappear and take all of Satoshi's damage for him or he can make himself a clone at the last moment.
• He still has genjutsu as an option which would impact the enemy's mind, soul and heart and summon the Hat Man ("There was a demonic visage with pulsating, bloodshot red eyes, a blackened form, a man only covered in shadows, the shadows of the valley of death with a hat covering the man’s innocuously non-existent head).
• He also has the ability to clone himself via crows.
• He can only use his Vanara Sanyāsī (Sage Mode) as an amplifier (of defence and offence) but none of the techniques can be used.
• He can still use the techniques of the Pure Eye (creation of up to 12 real clones, seeing invisible things, warping space through spatial manipulation and his right eye's ability is the power to manipulate matter through telekinesis)
• And finally (for the sake of actual fairness), he won't be able to use Azathoth's Void as a means of absolute defence, instead, only using the mirrors to reflect or twist attacks sent to him but he can use it to seal away the opponent via physical contact if possible as a last resort.

Albion:
No restrictions and he can activate High Suppression Mode.

I see. In that instance, Satoshi will immediately fire a kunai or two at Albion or try to use his Shadow Sword to fire an energy blast at him, allowing him the chance to do potentially fatal damage if it lands by bisecting Albion in two.
