I am pretty sure that 500 thing refers to the collective value of the levels one has in the dream categories. Like Kriemhild being 100 in the physical category along with Cancel. Her shittiest category being Magic, which is still the human cap, being 10.

So she is basically 450+ or something and that seems to be where Rosei are roughly. Well, I doubt one can create an average value sheet for Rosei but reaching 50+ in a skill seems to be the trend.

Maybe, Yoshiya being 500 maybe the result of him being just pretty good at every dream, but not a master. Doesn't make sense with Kuubou though since he can't/ doesn't use Kantan abilities, Shinno's "Kyudan" is literally something he made up on the spot. I'd assume Amakasu is level a 1000 then, although we're never shown his stats we're just told he's a master at every Kantan dream ability

Akuro and Morei are weaker and are mostly country busters.

Numahime is a mountain buster and idek for Momiji

Scaling him won't hurt for now and when it comes to his details most of them occur in Mizuki's route. Like his fake Kyuudan, his composing gods and his nucleus.
