Bottom Zero and Sykuria Shield should hinder Whis quite a bit, as I don't really see him having a counter for such abilites. IDK if Whis would even be able to have his Pressure Point thing work on Naga, as Naga is an entirely different being from anything in the Dragon Ball Universe.

And with the recent push to Low 2-C, Silent Naga seems to be stronger then Whis by a little bit. Overall, I see Naga winning with mid-diff. Whis may be more skilled and experienced, but Naga seems to have more power and the ability to shut down his foe's abilities constantly.

Well Naga's Low 2-C key is obviously banned otherwise it becomes a stomp.

Even with his 3-A key Naga seems to have the better hax and now with Reality Warping no longer a weakness it gives Naga an even better hax set.
