High 7-C and MHS vs. High 6-C+ and Rel+ isn’t a great start, plus Mahoraga can only regenerate from lethal damage if it’s adapted to the phenomenon that caused it, that’s why Sukuna could nuke it with Flame Arrow to begin with.
Peak Mahoraga only has a chance with World Slash, which the High Ends easily blitz.

Resistance is not immunity by the way; there's no real reason to think Shigaraki's Decay would be ineffective against One Piece characters.

Just to note that Tomura's Quirk isn't decay/corrosion.
It's deconstruction, as it's Overhaul but without the ability to reassemble what it destroys. Corrosion Inducement will be removed from his profile in the future.
