No, the distance between Death Gatling's minigun and Garou is much bigger than the distance Garou would need to move his hands in order to deflect those bullets, and modern miniguns could probably rip through a treeline as well.

Deku catching a sniper bullet right when it was about to hit him is actually way more impressive.
 
How come Timmy is allowed to lie about feats so many times, claiming things that are straight up not true, and not be called out by the mods for troll behaviour?

I’ve asked him a hundred times to show me a character reacting to the explosions while they’re moving and he straight up doesn’t. He cannot. Because it doesn’t exist. As well as all these “calcs” of his, and claiming things that he refuses to prove, like “Fat Gum reacted to a bullet”.

Its a static manga, you use lore and hints to point to something and as the things ive shown, they lead to theM being capable of dodging hus explosions.
His explosions get fastwr

There are mangas which show people outspeeding explosions. This “point” is crap.

Yes I agreed that if the brain is DESTROYED than regen would indeed stopped. You're the one who's claiming that it would also stop if the brain is inactive or dead(a dead brain =/= a destroyed one). A claim that you barely proved and isn't supported by the series whatsoever, now let me think of a word that fit that description, something that starts with h and end in -eadcanon

Mangas doing this is irrelevant to MHA, which when people dodging stuff unless its a serious lore point, it doesnt just show 5 panels of back to back movement. It's not a necessity. IF u wanna call it head canon go off

I wonder if they have quirk requirements for such jobs. I imagine people with precision or perception base quirks even if weak (like Hatsume's quirk) would do way better in such careers.

Like you could have a weak quirk but if it amps your reaction speed, perception or precision even by a little bit, you could be an ace pilot far better than those without that class of quirks.

I believe so. It's been happening very repetitively and he doesn't show any signs of stopping. He's free to argue properly for his claims, but he hasn't been doing so at all, just making a claim and when it gets refuted he tells people to cope.
 
I’m guessing the difference between “Reflect” and “Impact Recoil” is that “Reflect” repels anything trying to come towards him, but “Impact Recoil” only reflects if theres an impact.

Gigantomachia leaves his quirks on all the time from his volume description so it is indeed possible. Also Ujiko's quirk is also on all the time.

For 1A we already have Hagakure. We have characters like Burnin whose hair is on fire 24/7. She can't turn it off or on like Endeavor.

No but on a real talk I believe the Fuax feat should be revisited. After I re read the fight I realized that When Overhaul was screaming and running towards the edge of the building his flaps were flinging because he was running forward. The same flaps were shown frozen as the bullet traveled out and so was Overhaul, he was in the same moving position and its illogical to assume he was constantly moving and got back in the position as he was on the edge of the building screaming at the top of his lungs, him being frozen is also supported by the perception of the bullet, even viewing the rain drops as frozen objects. So the calc would be:
Speed of bullet= (distance bullet traveled x speed of overhaul0/.001m
Deku speed= (distance Deku traveled x speed of bullet)/ distance bullet traveled.
It would look something like this (assuming bullet traveled the same distance as Deku)
(83.21x2.5)/.001=208025 m/s is speed of bullet
(83.21x208025)/1.42=12189972 m/s sub rela
