Also going by the vague fight description that says "Murder got weapons". I'm going to assume Murder has his hatchet, which means he is 9-C+. So....

Not sure if that makes it really fair but ok. GF tends to start off with Ghost Mode, but tbh that is almost completely negated by Immortality Type 2. As soon as GF becomes visible (which is after attacking), he can't become invisible again until he is out of Murder's sight.
