No. Low 2-C involves destroying the temporal axis combined with the physical. For a big crunch to be Low 2-C it would need to destroy time in totality. Just crunching space and time can be accomplished as a 3-A thing.

Imma add that Enrico Pucci accelerating time until a new Big Bang happens to remake the universe is Low 2-C due to the scan also mentioning the singularity point at the "reset", aka making a space-time.

If that's not enough, then Pucci should be downgraded to High 3-A as it's a double standard otherwise.
