Mumm-Ra is smart?

So I was reminiscing about Thundercats and went on to look at Mumm-Ra. I saw that his intelligence is listed as: Intelligence: Extremely High (One of, if not the most intelligent character in the series, capable of orchestrating master plans that involve entire planets and span several years to great results)

Is extremely high a thing nowadays and if not should a crt be made to iron this out? Also what is a probable rating for him? Either gifted or genius?
