First for Multipliers without reliable statements:
This isn't a good example, multipliers such as Regular SSJ and SSJ Grade 3 are accepted even tho they aren't stated inverse. The "multiply in-universe power levels and not actual power" statement only applies to SSJ1 which is again already accepted, all other SSJ multipliers are stated to multiply strength and never power levels
- Dragon Ball Super Saiyan Multipliers: Rejected due to never being stated in the actual series. Furthermore often seem to multiply in-universe power levels and not actual power. They often seem inconsistent, like for example the x2 SSJ2 multiplier turning a stomp around.
Next for Contradicted Multipliers:
No guidebook states this at all. The 7x multiplier for ripper mode comes from the fact that it takes Raiden 7 hits to defeat all enemies in base and only 1 in ripper mode (with the exception of two enemy types, one needing to take 8x to kill in base, and the other 6x to kill in base) the guidebook just further supports the drastic increase, it never actually straight up states it's 7x plainly
- Raiden (Metal Gear): While the guidebook do state Raiden's Ripper Mode to be a 7x multiplier from his base, this is something contradicted within the game itself, as shown how Base Raiden can survive multiple attacks from and even harm Armstrong, who could match Raiden's Ripper Mode.
