Ms. Midnight vs Katsuragi

So yeah, one is a dominatrix who is somehow a superhero. I dunno where that came from, but still. The other is a pervert who makes Mineta look like an asexual person. I mean, come on. Katsuragi literally used a wishing scroll to make every girl in the world her bitch; do you really think she's gonna care if she gets herself on the government watchlist?

Katsuragi appears to have a very wide hax pool at her disposal, but Ms. Midnight has a semi-passive sleep-inducing quirk that she can activate just by tugging at her own outfit.

Katsuragi also has an AP advantage over Ms. Midnight, but Ms. Midnight has a semi-passive sleep-inducing quirk that she can activate just by tugging at her own outfit.

Katsuragi also as a massive lifting strength advantage over Ms. Midnight, but Ms. Midnight has a semi-passive sleep-inducing quirk that she can activate just by tugging at her own outfit, plus I'm pretty sure Katsuragi's only going to use her LS to tackle Ms. Midnight to the ground and play with her boobs, which Katsuragi always uses both hands to do. This would only leave Katsuragi more vulnerable to Ms. Midnight's quirk.

Gonna equalize speed here because Ms. Midnight literally doesn't have a speed rating for some reason. You'd think the same upgrades that made a bunch of random students Multi-City Block level+ among other things would apply to Ms. Midnight, but I guess not.

Speaking from my bare knowledge of these two characters.

It is true that Katsuragi loves boobs to the point where her Shinovi Versus quests revolve around finding more boobs to grope. However, her love for boobs have never stopped her from beating her opponent's ass anyway. So it is natural for her to do both things simultaneously (kicking ass and geting that booty). And, she could create wind and tornado with her attacks to blow away Midnight's aroma too.

Midnight's weakness states that her ability works better on males than females, so I suppose it would not affect Katsuragi effectively?

Midnight's Quirk is still shown to put girls to sleep very quickly. Katsuragi isn't going to know about the effects of Midnight's Quirk until it starts effecting her. May not instantly knock her out but it's going to make her lethargic, meaning Katsuragi's movements are going to be effected by it.

Although, I imagine it'll be like the OP said and Midnight would activate it while getting groped by Katsuragi. And the violet mist is just a visual effect, it's not a visible gas or anything like that. No one ever notices Midnight's power until it starts effective them, at least from what I've seen.

I think Katsuragi is really going to have a hard time, since her main method of fighting is close combat and she lacks lots of ranged abilities. Doesn't matter if she can blow the scent away for a second, Midnight's body is constantly producing it and will effect her if she stays close.

Midnight also uses fans that help blow her Quirk around an area. Katsuragi doesn't really have combat related hax, she just throws kicks and some special moves that are kicks but stronger and have a bit more range. She's vastly more mobile, stronger, more skilled, and likely even more experienced in battle compared to Midnight.

Pretty sure Katsuragi might even start with asking to grope her chest and Midnight will not object to it.

Despite Katsuragi's numerous advantages, I do think the initial moment will seals the deal. I don't think she's dumb and that she'll just get knocked out in the start, just that she'll get hit by Midnight's Quirk early on and will have all of her movements suffer from it. It also helps that Katsuragi can sense that Midnight isn't evil and won't kill her.

Her own close style of combat doesn't help either. She'd have to play an extremely defensive game of pot shots to win, which I don't see happening.

Makes sense. I don't think wind is very good against someone who can use it to their advantage, plus in the anime (which I think is exclusive to the anime since I never seen it happen in the games to my memory), the ninjas always start by putting up a Shinobi Barrier, which... Would only make Midnight's quirk become the stale air in the dome that is put up. I don't think Midnight was ever affected by her own quirk, but that's only because there's an old saying that you never really notice your own scent.
