So... Mr. Burns has this weird anti-toonforce thing where he gets worse the worse his opponent is. What could be worse than an opponent that can only HEAL its opponents? Yep. I'm pitting Mr. Burns against a Slime Bunny: an opponent that literally cannot harm anything. Problem is the Slime Bunny's durability is so high that even the Simpsons' incarnation of God couldn't do anything about it. So what CAN Mr. Burns do about it. Well, here's the thing. In EBF5, sickness manifests in the form of the Virus status effect. Thing is, Mr. Burns' diseases canceled each other out to the point where contagion cannot exist, so that's out. So what can he do? Well, here's the thing. Slime Bunnies are wild animals with a one-track mindset and are thus inherently stupid. Mr. Burns is a businessman first and foremost. Springfield's Nuclear Power Plant is such a workplace safety hazard to a point where a plutonium rod is used as a PAPERWEIGHT. I shit you not: https://getyarn.io/yarn-clip/60ba20bc-51fa-4575-9997-a2f9749fbc65

It shouldn't be against his very nature for Mr. Burns to use his brains to lure the Slime Bunny into a cooling tower, or any nuclear plant facility that uses water for that matter: https://nuclear.duke-energy.com/2014/01/22/importance-of-water-at-nuclear-plants

As such, one of two things would happen:

1. The Slime Bunny would die from radiation poisoning.
2. Thanks to the inherent nature of slime bunnies, the Slime Bunny would chill in the pool of water because they like to get cozy in small bodies of water. This should net Mr. Burns a potential incap win for basically capturing the Slime Bunny.

Anyway, for this one, the battle takes place in Springfield's Nuclear Power Plant, EBF5 Slime Bunny is used, and speed is equalized. Here are their profiles:

Who takes this?

Mr. Burns: 0
Slime Bunny: 0
Inconclusive: 1 (Psychomaster35)

Inconclusive. Burns can't even hurt the Slime Bunny at all while the Slime Bunny will only attack Burns by healing him. You could argue that Burns could just push the Slime Bunny into a radiation pool to kill it, but he's too weak to pull that off due to the Slime Bunny having better lifting strength.

My argument for Mr. Burns was baiting as opposed to pushing, but alright. Counted.
