mr burns can push the bowl off of a tabel or he could throw the fish out of the bowl seeing how he can barley lift a bowling ball and a baseball bat

the most i can see the fish doing is mr burns accidentally drops the bowl on his foot and at most breaking it but the bowl would be broken or tipped over making the fish die via suffocation

but mr burns isn't shown as clumsy it would be a weird situation if mr burns' head somehow got into a fish bowl also the weight of his head would make the bowl fall and either break or spill out all the water so if this were to happen i would lean more tward burns
