What tier would someone get when they move as fast/faster than an omnipresent person?

Here is an example/feat in question:

Heroes Reborn #3

Blur basically races Eternity. (It's not for a profile or anything, but I just wanna know how fast this could be)

An antifeat for Eternity having Omnipresence?

You can't really race someone who exists everywhere at every point in time

Keeping aside all responses of outlier or whatever...
The feat in its purity is likely some degree of immeasurable. Depends on of course if this Eternity guy is omnipresent throughout time.
Basically Super Sonic fighting Solaris who has temporal omnipresence. Theres even a debate going on about it.

Another way to look at this is , its just an avatar who is racing, so omnipresence cannot be applied to the avatar as the true form.

Yeah, it's 100% unquantifiable. Omnipresence in itself isn't speed at all but simply size. It's simply the ability to passively react to things despite traveling or reflexing 0 distance. Trying to paint that as Infinite reactions would be like saying 0 divided by 0 equals infinity. Which is unquantifiable.

im pretty sure this version of blur would have massively FTL up to immeasurable. blur also outran mistress death, another abstract entity. Though keep in mind this reality has been altered by Mephisto so the abstracts may or may not scale to the original versions. Thanos is considered immeasurable with the infinity gauntlet for being faster than the abstracts m-bodies blur is likely a similar situation. Also makes sense considering how op this version of the squadron supreme is.

Thanks.

Its all probably fake but it's the best example I could use for this question.
