Mother VS Daughter, Pokémon Edition

Voting Lillie actually. The difference between a 40 year old and a ten year old is Luke big, but when both are 9-C we can’t exactly be sure how much. Lusamine also lacks any feats on the level of holding Cosmoem. Larger then the gap in AP.
Lillie just yeets.
 
Also, a bit off-topic, but if this were anime Lillie, if my memory serves, she gets pretty far as a trainer in the anime.
Not that Lusamine isn't also a capable trainer. Just that if Lillie's anime version is profiled, there might be an interesting match premise.
