Most Powerful Video Game Universes

The Elder Scrolls is probably the strongest one, since other game centered verses don't end up in tier 0.

If you want to count light novels/visual novels as games though (I personally don't) pretty sure Umineko no Naku Koro ni takes it.

Destiny gets pretty insane. In the process of trying to get an upgrade to tier 2 but their powers alone still make Oryx beat most of the 3D characters on the site and a good amount of the 4Ds too.

Why is Five Nights at Freddy's up there? Or Spooky, honestly? The other ones I sort of understand, though I'm iffy about Minecraft and Half Life as well

This. Also, you should have Kirby and Mega Ma up there. Considering Magolor and Void Termina are things in the former, and just all of Battle Network for the latter.

I mean ARK, Terraria, Primal Rage, Spooky, Metroid maybe, Five Nigihts at Freddy's, Spore and I think Tohou project don't have tier 2s?

Well, in order of rank:

It's the Elder Scrolls, Umineko, and Shinza at the top.

Then it's SMT or Beatrice (Wild Arms).

Then a bunch of verses which have Tier 2 shit (Chrono Trigger, Castlevannia, Pokemon, Zelda, Mario, GoW, et cetera).

Then it a bunch of verses (mainly from Nintendo) that have tier 5 to tier 3 shit.

I disagree.

According to the defintion, a video game is "a game played by electronically manipulating images produced by a computer program on a television screen or other display screen."

Visual novels qualify in this regard, as you are making it so that one image goes to the next and the story continues as a result.

I personally classify them more akin to regular novels, lest me reading books on my phone and laptop classify as a game.

We separate them for a reason.
I am pretty sure that we don't separate video games and visual novels because we don't consider visual novels as video games.

I mean, we seperate books and light novels as well. Are light novels not books? If not, what are they?

I believe you need a visual basis and some sort of interaction for it to be considered a game, as per the defintion I quoted.

In a visual novel, there are constant images on screen, and in most, you can choose the path the story will take.

Lmao
He is correct though, the OP lists FNAF and FNAF world as seperate, FNAF on its own doesn't go farther than tier 9

Yeah with fnaf i went with the actually canon fnaf, the spinoffs, and of course the novels fnaf is really a force to be recokned with.

Okay no.
It's not nearly as strong as some of the verses on there. Remove FNaF, keep FNaF World
I find it funny that fnaf world is much stronger than the actually canon games lol
