Verse Peak Tier List; How high does Verses peak?

Shamelessly stealing an idea, but this time I thought it'd be fun to see where verses peak.

As long as people keep mentioning verses' peaks, I'l keep updating.

First of all, if series has multiple high tiers, we still only count the peak. Maybe if we get enough ties, we can order list by number of peak characters. Second, I suppose we'll count weird one-off items too, so expect weird universe destroying gadgets bumping verses. Third, I guess radically different sub-series might be split if it is needed. Fourth, I guess if upgrades/downgrades happen, you can tell.

I'm curious to see where verses peak.

IMPORTANT: Staff members are currently debating a massive overhaul for the Tiering System that will likely affect a lot of the verses here in the near future.

Fair enough, but the games still fall under the umbrella of Dragon Ball, and we don't have any characters above 2A, so it should be accurate enough.

Heroes & Xenoverse are subseries so they'll get their own category apart from Dragon Ball.

Unless we want to merge all verses fully so Archie Sonic becomes just Sonic.
