Arceus has no 5D hax, only layered 4D. It's basically a question of whether Cap can resist his 4D hax and whether he can affect Arceus. If he can't affect Arceus but Arceus can't affect him then just put him above Arceus via sheer versatility. If both can affect and kill each other then Arceus gets added cause he is faster. If Cap can affect Arceus but Arceus can't affect him then add Cap, if the reverse then obviously Arceus.
If you make a match then i won't participate though.

well if his hax are all 4D. then bahamut will be unaffected by any of his attempts but Bahamut cannot interact (until NEP revision goes through since Granblue Fantasy NEP is still in the old age of old NEP system and hasn't been updated yet). Bahamut in his Ultimate Form is 5D HDE and he is technically stronger than Captain anyway

Arceus has a few 5-D hax as of right now but not much of any relevance (it has 5-D space-time Manip and that is about it)
And it should be incon because of Acasuality type 5 (which The Heart actually has one of the better arguments for since it has nothing that one could even consider a Anti Feat for it) as well as being beyond baseline in terms of 5-D size (beyond nothingness which contains and predates Arceus’s dimension which Is 5-D in size) as well as its other physiologies
So Arceus/Bahamut should be how it is listed

Both the ashen one and lucifer should be above The player (minecraft), with the ashen one having soul absorption and immortality to permanently kill the player, and lucifer has deconstruction which would turn the player from a 8-B to a 9-A because of broken equipment. lucifer should also be above the ashen one due to the massive speed difference and corruption

The didact should be above the Ancient lich king because of the constant transmutation effect of the composer, and Doomguy should be above both due to having at least relativistic speed
