RR Cyrus has Dialga actively working with him so that really wouldn't matter (Infinite speed Thought based attacks>Passives), Also Corruption usually isn't instant

Not really, but the keys we are using are in games where he has never been in a situation where they need to do that (or when they would it wouldn't help in the slightest). Pretty easy to assume they would since Dialga/Palkia actually trusts him enough at this point to keep working with him

Yeah.... i'm not seeing anything from Cyrus that'll stop Morgan from brain blasting his shit with Psycoshock before Cyrus can do anything against Morgan.

Having a Pokemon deal with Morgan before that happens, Said Pokemon having a speed advantage of hundreds of thousands of times over Morgans Reaction speed (or in the case of Dialga a infinite speed gap for its Avatar)
Also Cyrus has FTL reactions (trainer profiles react to Pokemon which are FTL but are just outdated)

Kinda a default thing since the Pokemon will want to protect Cyrus and a Pokemon will always come out to fight in this situation (and even if Cyrus gets his mind messed up with Dialga just makes it never have happened), and the attack you described is not unique at all in Pokemon

I asked for actual evidence, not some non-evidenced explanation which doesn't prove your claim, until you can provide actual evidence for your claim Morgan just thinks and one shots Cyrus before he can do anything to harm Morgan.
Also proof of that Dialga claim, not like it really matters all that much since Psycoshock would instantly kill Cyrus.

Second clip, Psyduck comes out of the ball randomly cause lul why not and screws himself over. This isn't sth unique either since we also see Oshawott do the same. Basically pokemon can pop out whenever they want and can seemingly hear what's going on outside so technically nothing stops dialga from popping out if Cyrus gets screwed over and just erasing the opponent out of reality
