Well that and phrases in real life that are then displayed in fiction but you may not have heard them before and therefore believe they originate from said fiction.
 
To be fair, Scorpion's "GET OVER HERE!" is a very iconic one liner than the current one to the point that it's overrated. I say he should take the 7-B spot.
 
TBH the only quote I remember from Gurran Lagaan was "Believe in the me that believes in you!"

I think Scorpion takes 7-B.

There are to many cheesy memorable one-liners in Modern Sonic for Kratos to take the High 6-A spot IMO.
 
I know I am really biased, but maybe Zangetsu for 5-C as he has what is probably the most iconic line in the series.

"Abandon your fear. Look forward. Move forward and never stop. You'll age if you pull back. You'll die if you hesitate."
 
I forgot this one Warcraft character that made one of the most iconic phrases ever to be said

Ok so ... I am not the most knowledgeable person on how "iconic" some a lot of stuff are so can people hint at agreeing with other peoples suggestions so I can stop being confused whether to add them ovo
 
You know, the recent movie, Oz, The Great and Powerful, was stated by the directors to be a prequel to the 1939 film, iirc. So, maybe that could be used for feats.
 
DIO's wryyy beats his other phrases due to being so memorable from Heritage of the Future.
