Mortal Kombat: Confusing comments

Okay so, I noticed recently as I was looking at his page that Raiden (Mortal Kombat)'s calc is Low 7-C as expected, but, as unexpected... The calc group members either didn't have any input on which end to use, or agreed on versions of the calc that were 8-A.

Now, I may have missed a CRT or Two that locked this down to Low 7-C, but, can someone at least show me where said thread is, if it is there? And if not, would we have to revise everyone all over again?

There was a thread that bumped them from 8-A to Low 7-C, but i don't remember which was.

Actually, looking at the blast itself again, it looks like it was mostly just blown to dust, Pulverized.

We should at least have a note on the page, or maybe a link to the thread it was decided to be Low 7-C on in the comments of the blog. Something so we don't have to this come up again.

So should the MK characters scaled from Raiden be downgraded to 8-A instead?

Raiden profiles states that the effect was like a mini-nuke, Mid-End Violent Fragmentation is currently used.
