Both have below average intelligence and thought this would be an interesting concept so why not (hope this isn’t somehow a stomp lol)

Rules:
-Both are 9-B (nothing above 9-B is allowed for Wheatley)
-Speed is equalized
-Both are in-character
-Battle takes place in Wheatley’s Lair, same type of fight the final boss fight of Portal 2
-Everything else is SBA

Wheatley unironically AP stomps, he's JUST over 3 Megajoules while Cuphead is only about 258 Kilojoules, meaning there's an, about, 12x advantage in Wheatley's favor

Add that with the fact Wheatley opens with neurotoxins which are a VASTLY different kind of concoction then what Cuphead has taken, AND Cuphead doesn't have a portal gun to take advantage of anything...

Oh, and, just the little fact Wheatley has MFTL reactions...

Yeah there ain't shit Cuphead can do here, Wheatley is too big to be hit for anything, Cuphewd would only do scratches anyway, and any hit Wheatley lands shatters Cuphead completely or the deadly neurotoxins Wheatley opens with if Cuphead somehow manages to not get hit.

Speed Equal with a guy with no real combat speed is weird.

What would prep even do for Cuphead? What, would he convince the devil to come with him for the match or some shit? Cause otherwise I don't see how this match isn't ******

Wheatley needs some Revisions anyway, for instance I don't see much reason to scale him to GLaDOS' reactions, and his range definitely needs an update, cause I SERIOUSLY doubt that Aperature Science is only hundreds of meters. You could even Argues it to be several kilometers
