Compare and contrast

The God King
Powers and Abilities: Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Energy Manipulation and Projection, Immortality (Types 1, 3, 4, and 7), Regenerationn (Low-Godly; so long as the God King exists as a Soul, he can return to being), Magic, Soul Manipulation (Can absorb, attack, or outright destroy souls), Absorption (Can absorb life and souls), Life Draining (Capable of draining the life of his targets from an entirely different realm), Telekinesis, Teleportation, Mind Manipulation (When effecting Source, the God King tears not only at the soul, but at the mind as well), Necromancy, Summoning (Can call on the Voidwoken, which can appear across the world instantly), Telepathy (Able to communicate with his servants while still trapped behind the Veil), Illusion Creation (Granted this power to Braccus Rex), Curse Manipulation (Can curse a target, draining them of power), Status Effect Inducement (His curse will drop all statistics of his opponent, from strength, to stamina, and more), Pain Manipulation (Able to subject Windego to an eternity of pain, should she fail him and he wins), Likely Resistance to Petrification and Transmutation (Even weak characters can use these abilities, and the God King is vastly above them)

Morgoth
Powers and Abilities: Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Flight, Regenerationn (Low-Godly), Immortality (Types 1, 3 and 4), Dark Magic (Energy Manipulation, Projection, and Forcefield Creation via Words of Command. Invisibility via control over the Unseen World, an evil place which he was implied to have created, being the source of all wickedness), Shapeshifting (Was revealed to have spent some time with the Atani under the gaze of a stately figure, while later appearing as a Dark Lord in his fight with Fingolfi), Size Alteratio (Appeared humanoid while among the Atani, while growing near as massive as tower while fighting Fingolfi), Magma and Elemental Manipulation (Created volcanic explosions), Heat and Ice Manipulation (Created unnatural heat and cold), Curse Manipulation (Cursed Húrin's children to doom and despair), Earth Manipulation (Kept the earth unformed for many years as Melkor), Fear and Darkness Manipulation (The Balrogs are implied to derive much of their power from him), possibly Time Manipulation and stop (Bragged that he was the master of the fates of Arda. Posses all the powers of all Ainur, including Vairë), Weather Manipulation (Can create clouds of ash), Air Manipulation (The brother of Manwë. Posses the powers of all other Ainur), Empathic Manipulation (The lords of the Ainur could create joy and, by extension, sorrow), Invulnerability (The Ainur are immune from harm via conventional weaponry, as seen when, upon unlocking more of his divine power, Gandalf became invulnerable) Illusion Creation, Transmutation, Precognition, Fire Manipulation, Telekinesis, Poison Manipulation, Life Manipulation (Created the Orcs as Melkor) Death Manipulation (Kept Húrin alive throughout all his years of imprisonment), Mind Manipulation (Bound Húrin to his chair with a thought), Resistance to Death and Fire Manipulation (The Balrogs are implied to derive much of their power from him. In Lord of the Rings the land of the dead is a real tangible place, Mandos, and can be affected and exited. Ainur don't go there upon death, rather becoming spirits until the regenerate. The only way to keep them there is if they are physically brought there and held by physical might), can sap the power from Ulmo's waters, possess the powers of all other Ainur and presumably everyone else i all Arda/, Intangibility and Non-Corporeality (At the very least in spirit form) | All previous powers amplified to a higher degree | All the powers of the Ainur amplified to a much higher level, though he might have lost his dark magic

Conculsio
Morgoth has literally every single power the God King has and more.

Also, time stop anyone?

"Bragged that he was the master of the fates of Arda. Posses all the powers of all Ainur, including Vairë"

If you check Vairë's page you see that she can time stop the entire universe passively (I.e. Without any effort).

I am pretty sure this is a stomp.

How does Morgoth combat soul manipulation, though? Having it himself doesn't mean having resistance to it.

Also, does he time-stop immediately while IC? Because from what I've heard and read, there's a strong chance that the God King can just hide inside of Morgoth's soul. Which would make it really hard to even attack him, let alone soulhax him.

Morgoth has precognition, so he should be able to predict the God King's soul hax, leading him to time stop immediately.

His soul manipulation is less soul manipulation and more spirit manipulation, though the effect is the same. What Morgoth calls a "spirit" is what the God King calls a "soul." Morgoth can create "spirits/souls."

On his profile it says he can't create souls, only soul-less beings like Dragons.

Edit: Also I don't see Soul Manipulation on Morgoth's profile. Not having that is pretty huge, considering he probably will have a hard time getting past The God King's regen and not resist it himself.

But I searched "spirit" and couldn't find anything either. If you go to the source code of Morgoth's page Soul Manipulation isn't present. If he should have this, you may want to make a CRT, since he doesn't have this atm.

Well at the moment he doesn't have Soul manip. So either we proceed with the thread like he doesn't or we wait until a CRT is made and he gains it.
