So uh, one issue. Y'know how Morgan has layered thought-activated mind hax that works on mindless beings? Just in case, does Isaac's resistance have layers?

Even if we assume that the mind hax don’t work, Morgan has technology manip, transmutation via Recycler Charges, and electricity manip (which can short out Issac’s weapons and suit).
He has slower base combat speed, but he has higher travel speed and the ability to augment his reactions and combat speed with Combat Focus to put himself closer to Isaac’s level. I’d say Morgan wins, but I wouldn’t say he stomps, since Isaac’s AP and base speed are both higher than Morgan.
