Quick ability addition to a few profiles, Yozuru Kagenui, Yotsugi Ononoki, Deishuu Kaiki, and possibly Izuko Gae, should have Durability Negation and Absorption like Meme Oshino has, as they're all suggested to be able to make similar talismans.
Since they're pretty certain, Yozuru Kagenui and Yotsugi Ononoki should get: Likely Durability Negation and Absorption (With Talismans, suggested by Araragi to be able to make talismans similar to Meme Oshino)
Even though they're a bit different, I'd still give it to Deishuu Kaiki and Izuko Gae with a "possibly." Kaiki since he's mentioned in the quote, but speculated as "probably being a bit different." Gaen since, even though she's not mentioned in the quote, I think this was because the character speaking didn't know about her at the time. On top of this, creating talismans seems to be a learned skill, and Gaen's at the top of their network of specialists. She deals with talismans at other points in the series and isn't surprised by their effects.
