i mean I'm very sure that Ryong can one-shot him without Goku being able to react (Recoilless is fast an heck) So by start with Kaioken×10 or ×20 is at least he can tank blow from Ryong and give him a chance to fight back

The one shot issue doesn't come from AP. A 2ish times AP gap is far from a one shot. It's the dura neg that ***** Goku over and higher stats ain't saving him from that

My favorite monkey has a winning shape, but the chances of Ryong landing the first blow or overcoming with AD are equally immense. Goku could briefly dominate even if he only uses Kaio-Ken from the start, but if he doesn't focus on killing right from the beginning (which is unlikely), then I will vote for Ryong

Anyway based on what people have said so far I still see Ryong taking it. In base Goku basically can't even scratch him given someone with 2x Gokus AP couldn't even scratch Ryong after countless strikes, and a single hit from Ryong one taps him.

Gokus only way to get the upper hand us by going ssj but even that's not exactly such a brutal advantage given it would take Ryong basically no time to catch up. Plus Ryong could and would use cloning to buy himself more time, meaning Goku would need to kill him twice without getting hit by a single recoiless before Ryong adapts. To make matters even worse one of Ryongs opening moves would be to tie Goku up, and Goku basically can't do anything about it given Ryong massively upscales from Multi-Stellar while Goku is only class P.

This is basically just this Saitama vs Goku but instead of Saitama we have someone more who's more skilled, has faster AD, can clone himself, and can survive fatal damage like missing limbs.
