If it would have been Naruto anime final arc/or about in a flash back of prime kaguya vs brothers then it could have been acceptable since the anime at that time had kishimoto working with them. In boruto I don't think that can be applicable to kaguya

4A for kaguya seems an outlier, even for prime kaguya it would be an outlier. Do we have any scenes of that kaguya's dimension containing starry sky, rather than a mere statement

Boruto anime is Canon, from the picture you show it looks like it comes from Shippuden anime, which is not Canon, so you can't use it to connect it, however in Boruto anime there are many starry sky shown.
